Raven is a New York-based psychotherapist and leadership coach. She is a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working in nonprofit organizations.

Raven's training included cognitive behavioral therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT skills work.

Throughout Raven's career in addition to direct practice, she held progressively higher leadership roles within nonprofit organizations, supervising staff, leading teams, and developing and implementing training designed to promote skill acquisition and enhance professional performance.

She is a certified life coach and certified executive leadership coach. As the owner and operator of Ravens Wings LLC, Raven is committed to the mission of supporting women in living emotionally healthy and professionally satisfying lives.
