You deserve wise answers as well as penetrating questions! This is my fundamental promise. I offer authentic feedback, validation, and guidance. My approach is most effective for those in high-conflict relationships; experiencing major life transitions; parents and children making no progress in problem-solving; adults of all ages floundering, unable to channel innate potential in career, personal life, and creative expression. My ADHD specialty across the lifespan, using Cognitive Behavioral and Family System approaches helped me devise a user-friendly approach for all clients. You want to learn something new and useful in every session, and I offer that as well as help with decision making about career, parenting, intimate relationships, sexuality, and creative pursuits.

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a teacher, lawyer, broadcast journalist, political consultant, and producer of concerts, documentary films, and fundraising events, as well as a cab driver, school bus driver, and waiter. My life experience gives me an edge on empathy and rapport building. I speak some Spanish and Hebrew.
