About

Megan Fellows is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area. Her roots are in New England, where she was raised in a small town in Northeastern Connecticut. However, she spent her undergraduate years at Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia and continued her education, training, and professional experience in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the District of Columbia. She has a bachelor’s degree (BS) in Psychology and a master’s degree (MA) in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, Washington DC Campus.

With over ten years of experience in the mental health field, Megan has had the opportunity to work with a variety of populations and age groups. She has been employed in adult community mental health and substance abuse with Rappahannock Area CSB, Fairfax/Falls Church CSB, and currently with Prince William County Community Services. In addition, Megan has worked in the private and non-profit sectors as a home-based counselor with children and adolescents, and as a case manager with families in transitional housing, and in hospital settings.
