About

I have a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northern Vermont University – Johnson. I am a registered Psychotherapist working toward licensure with special training in Hypnotherapy and Addiction Counseling. I attended the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and I am a Certified Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am a fellow of the International Board of Hypnotherapy. My internship for my Master’s degree was completed at Central Vermont Addiction Medicine in Berlin and I am currently licensed as a Certified Apprentice Addiction Professional. Prior to counseling, I worked for over twenty years as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I love working collaboratively and respectfully with people who are facing into their feelings and want to be in a more empowered state.
