I work with children and adults of all ages, frustrated moms and dads, overwhelmed students, professionals and people who just want to feel better.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), which means I can help you and/or your child navigate through the stress, the difficult behaviors, and anxiety and come out on the other side feeling more calm, confident and focused on your life’s purpose. My style of working with people is to be genuine and meet you where you are right now. In our sessions I use compassion, acceptance and insight in addition to my education and training to guide your healing. I believe that we all have the answers inside of us to be able to feel better. Sometimes we need a little help or a lot of help to find those answers and begin to heal.
