There they are again. The feelings of fear, worry, stress, powerlessness and shame. These feelings keep you stuck and make you feel miserable. I’d like to offer my services to you. Relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, and attachment issues are all reasons why men and women seek my services. Additionally, in the last decade, I have focused on treating teenagers and children in the foster care system using expressive therapies. However, my specialty is in “I’m at the end of my rope;” “The same sh** keeps happening to me;” “Part of me just doesn’t feel right.”

I firmly believe that authenticity and trust are key elements of all relationships. This means that I hold the therapeutic relationship as the most sacred place of strength and vulnerability.
