Spring 2021 is here and with the change of season, so come the issues with transitions. If you or your family is struggling during these times, rest assure this time of year is stressful for many. My practice can potentially help you through various issues and many more. I provide services in an up front and honest manner. My approach is to have active dialogue, not just sitting and listening waiting for something to happen. I try to make it fun rather than prescriptive. Life Counseling Services has openings for new clients and the availability for services is open during normal working hours. Online/teletherapy is available too.

One dynamic of my practice is to provide services with a holistic approach. That means working as a team with other professionals if needed and/or using various therapeutic methods. Treatment plans don't just focus on the symptoms but tries to target the root causes. The root causes of one's issue can range far and wide.
