I am a licensed professional counselor and most of my clients are adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, eating, and other disorders.

Many psychological problems develop because we are chasing the wrong goals. Counseling involves letting go of defenses that seem to protect us from rejection or failure but ultimately prevent us from living life to the fullest.

​I am a board certified Christian Counselor by the AACC and a trained EMDR technician who is able to treat trauma and anxiety. My goal is to create a comfortable, safe environment where we can work together to achieve the goal of finding true peace and joy in life.
