Utilizing a style that is both direct and compassionate, I meet clients as they are, where they are, to work toward the goals that they identify for themselves.

I am a licensed therapist with a background in Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, and Social Work. I received my Master’s in Education in Human Development in 2004, and my Master’s in Social Work in 2014, both from the University of Pennsylvania. I have worked in a wide variety of mental health settings since 2001, including hospitals, schools, residential treatment facilities, partial and IOP programs, and group and individual private practices. Within these contexts, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide variety of mental health concerns.

I take an integrated, multifaceted approach to mental health and wellness, drawing from my education, my years of experience in the mental health field, and specialized trainings. I primarily operate from Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, and Narrative treatment modalities. When appropriate, I sometimes incorporate CBT and DBT interventions and strategies.
