I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a holistic and client-centered approach. I work with families (including a focus on parenting) and couples.

I have recently transitioned to doing tele-therapy through Zoom and Google calendar. The process is very easy and clients can now choose their own convenient location for therapy with me. I am using secure, state-of-the-art equipment and HIPAA compliant tools.

My theoretical orientation is best described as Transpersonal: taking a holistic approach to mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual needs. I practice a combination of the following types of therapy: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Family Systems, Humanistic, Interpersonal, and Psychodynamic. Some of the thinkers who have influenced me are Carl Jung, Sigmund Freud, Roberto Assagioli, Carl Rogers, Heinz Kohut, and William James.
