Vanessa Woods has been serving as licensed therapist for 5+ years in the South Jersey community and 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Holy Family University.

Prior to being licensed, Vanessa spent much of her time engaged in human services at inpatient, correctional facilities, and homelessness programs. She enjoys working with couples, families, and individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, and who are feeling stuck.
