Tiffany R. Kilroy MA, LMHC, NCC is a licensed, EMDR-trained mental health therapist specializing in trauma-informed individual therapy for adults suffering from symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, grief, chronic mental illness, and adjustment concerns. As an Air Force veteran, she understands the sacrifices involved in choosing to serve as well as the mental health challenges which can arise through one's service.

Tiffany attended the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs where she earned a B.S. in Behavioral Sciences. She later attended Valparaiso University where she earned a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Tiffany is experienced in both the outpatient and inpatient settings and maintains a private practice in Chesterton, IN.
