Is something stressing or bothering you? Are there times when you feel like it's too much, that it's overwhelming? Trying to figure it out? Are you confused and don't know what to do? Have you wondered if talking to someone - a professional - it would help? Think you need more than just talking because you've experienced a trauma? I use a special technique, "Tapping" (Thought Field Therapy), that may help you move beyond the trauma or learn to get over it. If you're having a rough time, you can feel better. I'd like to help.

I use tools, methods and techniques that are more effective than traditional therapy. I consider Tapping to be my magic wand. I’ve also gotten back into one of my first loves: hypnotherapy. I have many other ways to help clients, including original ones such as accessing your "Inner Sources of Wisdom" for answers, guidance and solutions.
