About

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Supervisory designation in the state of Ohio. As a graduate from Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, I have over ten years of experience working with children, youth, families and adults. I have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), hypnotherapy, breath work, Reiki and mindfulness.

From an integrative, strengths based approach, I work to achieve balance in all areas of life, including physical, emotional and spiritual.

Using a variety of modalities, I work with clients to find the right approach for each individual. I recognize that everyone is different and strive to honor these differences by working with you, rather than employing a top down approach and working at you. My goal is to assist you in achieving your highest state of healing.
