Shameshia Benton is the the founder and CEO of TeleTherap LLC. She is a fully licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of mental health experience and recent training in Telemental Health. Shameshia has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly experiencing mental health issues. Shameshia has experience treating Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Trauma related disorders, and Co-Occuring Disorders.

Shameshia is active on several ministries at her church. She enjoys traveling locally and abroad, hosting family and friends, and various craft projects. Her life verse is Philippians 4:13.
