About

As a Boise therapist, I am thrilled every time I see a client become emotionally stronger, gain new skills, and grow as an individual, couple, or family. Meeting the needs and challenges of my clients is what counseling in Boise is all about for me. I believe that people who come to see me should leave with the tools they need to create the lives they want to live.

As a down-to-earth, interactive therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve problems in the present and long-standing patterns. With empathy, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological stressors.

Blending conventional and alternatives approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I am trained in EMDR for trauma resolution. I am trained to use hypnosis and guided imagery for stress relief and relaxation. I am also trained in Neurofeedback to provide a non-medical approach to anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve their life goals.
