What if you were to wake up every day feeling energized and excited about fulfilling your creative purpose and place in the world? This potential within you is what Creative Resonance counseling is about. I will work with you to help bring your most creative self into play. I call this Deep Story because, in my over twenty years of working with people in this country and Europe, I understand that the “story” we believe about ourselves conditions how we walk in the world. When we reclaim our deep who-I-am story, our relationships change, and we move into our lives with heightened courage, creativity and joy!

My practice specialty is called Creative Resonance, using the embodied voice to release feelings beyond the ordinary reach of words. My approach is gentle, respectful and tuned to your needs. Our work/play is informed by family systems, expressive and narrative therapy, EMDR, CBT, mindfulness and body focused psychotherapy in our moment to moment.

I've worked with people in many countries and find us common at the core. Although the problems we carry with may be deep, I approach our work together with great respect for the resources we each have to live a balanced, harmonic, and meaningful life.
