I think often times we do not give credit to ourselves for all the incredibly difficult situations our psyche gets put through in any given day and this is one of them. You are courageous for just looking at these profiles! We all live within the confines of the perspective we have on our own story.

However, there is always an opportunity to develop a new perspective about our story thrusting us in a different direction achieving more balance and peace! Let me offer that perspective, a partner looking at you from a different lens one without judgment.

I work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, betrayal, relationship/attachment issues, addiction, grief, and trauma issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-focused therapy and when appropriate the EAGALA model of equine-assisted psychotherapy.

I am passionate about helping you get to that version of yourself that often appears to be like an illusion. Working together, we will discover what fuels you, what you are passionate about, and what gives you purpose and meaning even if it has been lost among the embers of destructive life forces.
