It is important to have a warm, safe place to discuss personal issues; a place where you can let your guard down and be accepted. Regardless of your stage of life, or the situation, your pain is real and can impact your life in many different ways. When faced with difficulties in your personal or work relationships, struggles with parenting, or any life transition, I believe that healthy and positive growth can result from a compassionate therapeutic relationship.

I have had experience and training working with depression, low self- esteem, anxiety, grief/loss, identity questions, teenage/college-aged clients, life transitions (ex. retirement, divorce, empty-nest), parenting/step-parenting, anger management, and relationship issues which include co-dependency, infidelity and establishing healthy boundaries.
