I have always had a passion for helping people overcome problems they view as getting in the way of life’s pleasures. I received my Doctor of Philosophy degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University.

I specialize in helping people overcome trauma and symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and loss. I also enjoy helping couples heal from betrayal, manage conflict, and enhance their friendship. Simply, I want to help you make your marriage work. I often work with couples to help improve communication and provide the skills that can restore the foundation of the marriage. I am a Certified Family Trauma Professional and have completed all levels of training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and typically use the Gottman Method with couples.
