About

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience in a variety of clinical settings. It is my mission to provide high quality, evidenced based treatment. I strive to create a safe and warm environment where you feel comfortable and open sharing and working through past experiences and present concerns.

I believe therapy is a journey to find the strength which already exists within you. Through our work together, you will become more self-aware, be able to shift the way you respond to stress, cope more effectively with anxiety, depression, and eating disorder behaviors, and let go of unhelpful behaviors and beliefs.

I received my Master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis with a clinical emphasis on mental health and family therapy. I have been in private practice since 2009 and working in the social work field since 2005. I provide therapy to adolescents, young adults, adults, and families.

I provide individual and family therapy and am trained in a number of different therapeutic techniques and approaches.

Additionally, I also provide telehealth services (online counseling) for clients throughout the state of Missouri. All telehealth sessions are facilitated through a HIPAA compliant platform.
