Someone once said, "One person you will always live with is yourself." So why not choose to invest in yourself and be the person you were born to be and set yourself free from the depression, anxiety, and self-doubt? Self-discovery can be a challenge, but it doesn't have to be if you have the right tools and a compassionate therapist to work alongside you. It is my belief that therapy begins with a safe and respectful relationship between the client and therapist. I work thoroughly to build a trusting relationship and to recognize changes you wish to make to support your emotional and spiritual growth.

With over ten years in education, five years in mental health and substance abuse, I bring forth an innovative approach for dealing with issues of Self-Esteem and Self-image, Trauma, Anxiety, Setting Boundaries, and other mental health related issues you and your family may encounter.

I use a blending of theoretical approaches to facilitate change. These include a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Solution Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing or EMDR. I offer Christian counseling for those who request it.

I believe in helping you find a greater sense of calmness and purpose in your life. No matter how you come, feeling stressed, depressed, anxious, overwhelmed or having an identity crisis, I am here for you. I am practical and honest as well as results oriented.
