About

Helping people live authentically is something that I have loved doing all my life. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA community, particularly people who are transgender and gender expansive. If you need a gender therapist, I can help you with your transition.

If you are experiencing anxiety or are having panic attacks, I can help. I work with anxiety so you can experience life again and feel more in control with your day to day life. It’s good to feel like you don’t have to lie in wait for your next panic attack. It’s good to feel like you can breathe again and be calm.

If you are having trouble in your relationship with your partner or having trouble in your marriage, I can help. If you feel like maybe your relationship won’t last and you are wondering if you should continue your relationship, I can help you see things more clearly and see if you can work things out or should go out on your on. I can help you get one step closer to a more fulfilling life.

As a gender specialist, I receive countless hours of specialized training and continuing education in working with the transgender community through attendance at nationwide conferences such as The Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference, Gender Odyssey and WPATH conferences. I am a WPATH GEI SOC v7 certified member, which means I have had over 50 hours of education, including individual mentorship and passed an extensive competency exam in working with the transgender and gender expansive community. I am a regular public speaker on mental wellness and the transgender community.

Most importantly, through all my training, I believe when a person tells me they are transgender or gender expansive. My job is that of a listener and guide for personal self exploration, not as an authority on who you are as a person, that’s your specialty. I am here to help facilitate the process of your self discovery.

Therapy is a very personal experience and I am here to facilitate change and show you that you can have the courage to be who you are. Therapy with me can be thought provoking, direct, educational and emotional, but most of all, it can lead to greater understanding of yourself. I invite you to join in that exploration of self by contacting me and reaching out for an appointment here.
