Sometimes we feel stuck, and unsure how to move forward. Trauma has a way of making us feel stuck in the past, alone, and unable to see a future free from the aftermath of these experiences. We often start to identify ourselves as these problems, but our identity and the problem are separate. This often lead to other issues: Eating disorders, insomnia, anxiety, etc. The important thing, no matter where you are starting is that you are taking the steps to embark on your journey towards freedom. My hope is to provide an empathetic safe space for you to work towards your goals, and to finding your true authentic self.

My focus is on sexual trauma and eating disorder recovery. I am an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner & certified Matrix Re-imprinting Practitioner. EFT is like emotional acupuncture, addressing the emotions tied to the issue, bringing you to a place of emotional wholeness and wellness. Matrix reimprinting allows you to change traumatic memories.
