I am a Level 3 Trained IFS Therapist and typically use IFS in sessions with clients. IFS is one of the most powerful -- to me, almost magical -- modalities for therapy I have encountered. It is a well-respected and evidence-based approach to healing trauma and simply to learn how to live effectively from your best or highest self.

My clients are bright, spiritually curious, brave and honest. Some have a dedicated faith community; others don't. Christians, Buddhists, and those identifying as "Spiritual But Not Religious" feel at home in my office and in group workshops. Teachers I love include Pema Chodron, Parker Palmer, Eckhart Tolle, Ken Wilber, and Brene Brown.
