About

I received my Master’s degree with honors in Mental Health Counseling and was awarded the Pastoral Theology and Psychology award, recognizing my academic achievements and clinical experience of integrating spirituality and psychotherapy.

My experiences include working with adults who have experienced childhood abuse and domestic violence, refugees in the United States, people with disabilities and leprosy patients in India. These experiences have given me an appreciation for the strength of the human spirit and our capacity for healing and growth.

I am certified in Object Relations Psychotherapy through the International Psychotherapy Institute and I am currently a candidate in their psychoanalytic program. I also have certifications in Energy Psychology from the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology. I am trained in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
