Hi! I'm Jennifer Ingram - call me Jen. When life gets hard, a little help goes a long way. The chaos and stress can impact your confidence, relationships, jobs, or school. But it doesn't have to. You don't have to go it alone. Sometimes all that's missing is a new perspective. Or maybe there's an underlying medical issue contributing to your struggle. Perhaps a bit of supportive re-tooling of your daily routine is all you need. And for many of us, support is essential to successfully navigating "this thing called life.

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 1999. I am currently licensed in Indiana and Minnesota. My services are exclusively online-only, using a secure Telehealth platform. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Moorhead State University in Moorhead, Minnesota in 1996 and my Master of Social Work Degree from Boise State University in Boise, Idaho in 1997. I have lived in the Indianapolis area since 2003.
