I specialize in individual, couple, and family therapy for adolescents and adults. I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Utah with a double major in Consumer and Community Studies and Sociology. I attended graduate school at Arizona State University receiving my masters degree in Social Work.

Upon graduating from ASU, I began working at LifeLine For Youth as a clinical therapist and for Intermountain HealthCare as a crisis and trauma specialist in the Emergency Department.

I am trained in several different therapy styles as listed below and will select a style based on your individual needs and goals.
