I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice in Pennington, New Jersey. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for adults. My focus is on assisting clients in making behavioral changes that lead to vital, meaningful lives.

I earned my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of New Jersey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor and have significant experience working with individuals and families impacted by depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and relational issues.

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, hiking, and attending live music events.
