Life has become very intense and difficult recently. we have been faced with the loss of freedom and fear due to the virus we face. My goal at Mindful Interventions is to help you through this challenge and all other challenges you are facing so that you are able to live a full and meaningful life. Seeking help is the first step toward a greater understanding of the struggles that life invariably throws our way. At Mindful Interventions, our goal is to provide you with counseling with a focus on mindfulness, currently through audio or video sessions, based on your individual needs.

We have transitioned to offering phone or video sessions at our clients' request. We are able to use either Android, iPhone, or web-based.
