About

Helping teenagers and young adults struggling with suicidal- ideation, self-harm, depression, anxiety, family conflict, managing work/school, etc. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

My primary modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). CBT specializes in changing negative thinking patterns, emotional responses and behaviors to more positive and self-fulfilling responses. EMDR is designed to alleviate the distress of a traumatic event/memory. I provide a neutral safe space.
