With over 20 years of experience, I have been able to expand my skills and specialize in various areas. Initially, I began doing therapy for issues such as depression, interpersonal issues, and anxiety. Soon afterward, I received training and became a specialist treating trauma such as PTSD and dissociation. For the past 13 years, I lived in Brazil, initially living as an expat. I developed my practice working primarily with executives, expats, diplomats, and persons living abroad and their families.

Although many of the issues that arise are similar, persons living abroad may experience unique issues such as cultural adaptation both socially and professionally. In addition, intercultural relationships may present their own challenges.

I have continued to expand and enhance my skills in helping people make the permanent changes they desire. Due to my extensive experience, I have expertise in working with a wide range of persons, from more traditional issues to more specialized issues.
