About

As a therapist, I approach each person from a strengths-based and nonjudgmental place. I believe we are all working to create the most meaningful and healthiest life possible for ourselves, but sometimes we could use a little extra help. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, women, men & nonbinary and transgender folks who are exploring how to enhance their lives and relationships including gender and sexuality. I am a LGBTQI+, kink, & poly friendly and competent. SEX THERAPY IS TALK THERAPY and does NOT involve physical contact.

I have a Masters in Social Work & a PhD in Human Sexuality. I have a training and expertise working with adults, couples, LGBTQ+ and poly/kinky folks. My specializations include concerns or challenges with sexuality & intimacy such as sexual dysfunction, desire discrepancy , dating & relationships, depression, anxiety and life transitions.

My style is warm and I value developing a trusting and effective working relationship. I work to create safe, brave and affirming space to help clients share and explore areas of their lives which may feel vulnerable or stuck. I do not currently accept insurance but sliding scale may be available. I look forward to hearing from you.
